What data this program collects

When you submit the sign-up form, this program stores the phone number and company/project name you enter, plus the time you submitted it, so it knows who has consented to receive texts. That's the only personal data collected.

Message types and frequency

This program sends occasional text updates about your project's status with CloverCode — frequency varies with project activity, typically a few messages per month, never a fixed schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Data sharing

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data (phone numbers and consent records) is used solely to operate this program. The only external service this program communicates with is Twilio, to send/receive the SMS itself.

Who this is for

This program is operated by Peter Lavelle, Founder of CloverCode, for current clients of the consultancy. There is no customer list beyond the number(s) that have explicitly opted in via the sign-up form.
